Wholesale inquiries:

A minimum of 5 pieces must be purchased  to receive wholesale pricing.  For linesheets or more information about Clay Couture,  please email the above address. 

Payment:

Clay Couture accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMEX.  Personal checks are accepted, but purchase is not mailed until check has cleared.  A $15.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. 

Shipping:

Shipping is free within the United States.  Shipping charges include delivery confirmation.  For shipping charges outside of the United States, please send me an email.  Merchandise will be shipped out within 3 days of purchase. 

Returns:

I stand behind my product and the materials I use in my creations, but as with all jewelry, it is fragile.  Ceramic pieces will break if dropped.  Damaged merchandise is not returnable.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, undamaged merchandise can be  returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase.  All returns must be returned in its orginal condition and packaging.  Directions for all returns are given on the back of your orginal invoice.  All returns must be insured to ensure full refund.  Clay Couture will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or  stolen packages during the return process.
