As a child, my mother, grandmother, and aunts would gather around and create the most amazing pieces of clothing.  My uncle owned a bridal house, and I'd pick up the fabric scraps and make scarves and clothes for my dolls.  Many of my clothes were hand-made and I still remember to this day feeling so imbarrassed that I had to wear something that was hand-made.  It's funny how all those thoughts change when you are an adult.  I guess my creative side is partially my grandmother's fault - and if she were around today, I'd say thank you.  Lately, I've been bending my time towards creating hand -sewn fabric head bands and hair accessories.  Headbands are just the perfect add-on accessory to finish off a fabulous look.!  Created of various fabrics, gemstones, and crystals, each of my handbands is hand sewn and truly unique.    I am currently working on chain and fabric headbands.  Visit again soon to see them.
